Minnesota Private Colleges’ Fair

Letter to the Editor

By Roseann Baisley · · 2 min read

Dear Editor,

Free Dinner, Real Advice, and 150+ Employers: MN Private Colleges’ Job & Internship Fair Is Back

Students interested in internships, full-time jobs, or making professional connections are encouraged to attend the MN Private Colleges’ Job & Internship Fair on Feb. 18 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

The fair will feature 150+ employers from a wide range of industries, making it a great opportunity for students of all majors. The Experience & Professional Development (XPD) staff highly recommend that juniors and seniors attend, though the event is open to students at all class levels.

Participate in the New Alum Event

While there will not be an organized CSB+SJU lunch during the fair, as in previous years, a new Pre-Fair Dinner with Alums will take place on campus on Feb. 17. Coordinated by Bennies in Business, XPD and CSB+SJU Alum Offices, the dinner will welcome more than 20 alums who will help students prepare for the fair, practice networking, and build confidence before meeting employers the next day.

Transportation Provided

To make attending easy, a coach bus will be available from campus. Students are encouraged to register early to reserve a seat, as space is limited.

Registration

Students can learn more and register for the fair, the pre-fair alum dinner, and bus transportation on the Virtual Career Hub at career.csbsju. edu by searching for the fair under Upcoming Events.

Sincerely, Roseann Baisley

On behalf of Experience & Professional Development
