CSB Senate president welcomes students back

This is the opinion of Celine Ferguson, CSB Senior

Welcome back to campus! Whether you spent your summer soaking up the sun, working hard or catching up on sleep, it’s time to switch gears, get back into the grind and pretend like we know how to be students again!

The leaves are starting to change, but one thing never does: our Bennie-Johnnie spirit!

So dust off your textbooks, grab that first cup of coffee and let’s give this semester the same enthusiasm we have for free CSB+SJU merch, campus events with free food and that magical feeling of a cancelled class.

Whether you’re starting fresh or coming back as a seasoned pro, now’s your chance to dive into new opportunities and maybe, just maybe, keep that “I’m going to stay on top of my homework” promise for more than a week.

Here’s to a semester full of new adventures, spontaneous fun and maybe even making it to that eight a.m. class every once in a while.

Go out there and make it one for the books!

Bennies and Johnnies, roll out!
