It was one of those nights. One where you spend four hours in the basement of Alcuin working on an assignment. Halfway through the third hour you start to worry you’ll get locked inso you do your best to wrap it up and seal it with a prayer before hitting submit on canvas.

It was one of those nights. One where you have to zip your coat up and put your earphones in and pull your hoodie over your head and try to think warm thoughts while SZA begs for a ‘Big Boy’. With the wind at your back you watch the last bus sleepily slip away from the sexton stop.

It was one of those nights. One where you look up and admire the crescent moon that’s low and gold and think about how late you can sleep in. To your right the palestra shades you for not building your summer body and when you lower your head in shame you see three does gossiping on the grass.
