Mural displays 100+ year history between CSB+SJU and The Bahamas
Over winter break, a mural was installed depicting the 100+ year relationship between The Bahamas and the College of St. Benedict and St. John's university. Students, faculty, staff and community members can view the mural in the lower level of Sexton Commons.

The McCarthy Center mentor program begins another year of connecting students with alums who work in their desired field.
Retreat brings together generations of CSB+SJU couples
This weekend, Carol and Brian Bruess will lead a spiritual retreat focusing on peace, reconnection and unity for married couples. This retreat will include 16 married couples, with several Bennie/Johnnie couples in the mix. The retreat will take place on the SJU campus.

In January, CSB+SJU students had a unique opportunity to discuss religious differences and navigate interfaith dialogue on a global scale at the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Tolerance and Complexity.
The Record staff brings home ten individual awards and best in state
Last Thursday seven staff members of The Record attended the Minnesota Newspaper Association's Better Newspaper Contest in Minneapolis. They won best overall and placed in ten different catergories including local breaking news story and photo story.

Clemens Library designs new study rooms
Clemens Library has modified two study rooms to better accommodate neurodiverse students and enhance comfort while studying. There is a low-sensory room equipped with calming tools and a high-sensory room with additional sensory stimulation options for students.

On Tuesday, motivational speaker Lamarr Womble led a seminar at Upper Gorecki on leadership, values and self awareness, guiding students to create a 'Service Manifesto' to align their values with their choices.
