To help students navigate this transformative experience, the Alumnae in Training (A.I.T.) committee (part of the St. Ben’s Alumnae Board) is thrilled to introduce our column, “Dear Bennie,” in the Record student newspaper.
“Dear Bennie” is a space where alumni share their wisdom, insights, and stories to answer questions submitted by students.
Think of it as a bridge between those who have walked the campus before you and those just starting their journey.
From academic advice to social tips and everything in between, “Dear Bennie” is here to guide you with honest, heartfelt and practical responses.
The best part? The questions come directly from first-year College Success Course students.
Whether you’re curious about how to balance your coursework and social life, wondering how to approach professors, or seeking tips for making new friends, no question is too big or small.
